Khaliq runs the talent and ideas accelerator programme called BBC Sounds Audio Lab, creating recent award winners Colouring in Britain and Blossom Trees & Burnt-out Cars. A former music TV director and speech radio editor, Khaliq also commissioned the multi-award-winning podcast Brown Girls Do It Too.
