π HOW DO I TRAVEL TO INDIGO AT THE O2?
TRAIN: The Jubilee Line is the only London Underground line that connects with all others - so national rail passengers from
north, south, east or west can transfer easily to The indigo at The O2 at North Greenwich station, in zone 2. The Docklands Light Railway (DLR) also provides close connections at Canary Wharf, Cutty Sark, and Greenwich.
BUS: North Greenwich for The indigo at The O2 is a major travel interchange with 7 bus routes and a frequency of up to
almost a bus a minute. Route 188 is a 24-hour service. Buses will run every 30 minutes, every night, and providing
night links between Central London and The O2/indigo at The O2.
WALK/CYCLE: The indigo at The O2 is an interesting walk from historic Greenwich, while various cycle routes lead up the
peninsular to indigo at The O2 where there are cycle racks available.There are over 300 bicycle racks at The O2.
CAR: The venue is a short walk from the car parks. Visit theo2.co.uk to pre book parking for all events.
TAXI: We encourage you to pre-book your departure from the venue as there is a Lady Gaga concert at the O2. Taxs will drop you off at North Greenwich station.
UBER: Uber will pick up on-demand from Car Park 3 just off Millenium way.
RIVER: Enjoy one of the world's great rivers, and travel to The O2/ indigo at The O2 by hi-speed boat.
Thames Clippers www.thamesclippers.com provides an O2 Express service. The service runs approx every 20 mins.
π CAN I CHOOSE MY SEAT?
Premium and Gold ticket holders will be allocated seats. Bookings are placed nearest to the stage in the order they book. Smaller bookings will be grouped together to make tables of 12 in Premium and groups up to 4 in Gold.
General tickets are theatre seating only. These are not pre-assigned.
If assistance is required please get in touch so we can reserve a seat for you and your guests.
π I HAVE AN ACCESSIBILITY / VISUAL REQUIREMENT, WHAT DO I DO?
We are dedicated to making our events enjoyable for everyone, regardless of their abilities or circumstances. So please let us know if you have any special requirements such as dietary needs based on religious or medical grounds, the need for a private or quiet space during the event, alternative formats such as Braille or large print, hearing loops, British Sign Language interpreter, wheelchair access, high backed chair etc.

Similarly you can input your specific requirement's on the guest information tab when purchasing your tickets via our website! π ARE THE BPAs BEING STREAMED THIS YEAR?
No, the event has not been designed for a home-viewing audience but to be the biggest party the podcast industry has ever seen! High quality streaming would significantly add to production costs so we hope you can join us in person to celebrate.
π HOW DO I FIND OUT IF I'VE WON?
By attending the event! But if you canβt make it, our social team will be working hard on the night to share the results as they are announced. Make sure to follow us on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook for full coverage.
π ARE YOU DOING THE BRANDED CUSHIONS AGAIN?
Yes! We know you loved them last year so how could we not. π
Donβt know what weβre talking about? Every nominated podcast will be given a branded cushion with their podcast artwork on arrival at the event. Because no one leaves the BPAs empty handed!
π DO I NEED MAKE A SPEECH IF I WIN?
We kindly request no speeches during the event. We have a lot of categories to get through and want to maximise your post-show celebrations and networking time.
All winners will have the opportunity to be interviewed backstage immediately after coming off stage and your message quickly shared through our social channels - allowing you to let your audience know of your exciting news, maximising its reach and impact!
π CAN ANYONE BUY A TICKET?
Yes. While the event will be widely attended by those shortlisted, anyone in the industry or those interested in podcasting are welcome to purchase tickets.
π WILL I BE SENT A TICKET?
E-tickets will be sent to the bookers email on file on Monday 29 September.
E-tickets and guest names will be checked at the door where a wristband will be given to you.
Any name changes can be made directly by the booker in the ticketing system or can be sent to [email protected].
π WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?
Smart casual.
Translation please: dress up, dress down cross? It is a relaxed yet polished style that allows for a comfortable and stylish look. One that is ready to impress and party!
π WHAT ARE YOUR AGE RESTRICTIONS?
All attendees must be at least 18 years of age on the date of the awards ceremony to attend.
π CAN I BRING A BAG WITH ME?
Yes, a cloakroom will be provided but cannot store large luggage. All items are left in the cloakroom at your own risk.
