James Norman-Fyfe

James is an experienced content producer with senior credits across live entertainment radio, music programming, podcasts and education audio. He's also worked in content commissioning and has a background in corporate communications. James is a Radio Academy 30 Under 30 recipient, and is currently on the RAMP mentoring program. 

What are you looking for in a winning entry? 

Content that is distinct in a crowded audio landscape and is well-thought out. Engaging hosts and/or interesting guests that considered and well-informed with their contributions. Audio produced with care, love and attention!  

Top tip for an entrant:

Don't just focus on what you did. Talk about why you did it, and the results it delivered. Evidence of success and audience engagement driven by a clear strategy/editorial approach is really powerful when making your case for an award.
