Equality in Audio Pact

Renay Richardson is this year’s Podcast Champion, for her initial idea and development of the Equality In Audio Pact - bringing together broadcasters, independents and the freelance community to adopt a series of actionable pledges around equality in our sector.

These pledges have already prompted further discussion and policy announcements, and the establishment of a committee tasked with making signatories accountable.
