Helen Brown

Helen Brown worked in BBC Radio for over 20 years before becoming a podcaster. She's the creator of "Effin Hormones", which won Gold in "Wellbeing" at the British Podcast Awards in 2022. Helen splits her time between freelance production and obsessive podcast listening on walks with her dog, Ziggy Stardust.
