Dr Chinwe Egbunike-Umegbolu

Dr Chinwe is the host of the award-winning dispute resolution podcast, Expert Views on ADR (EVA) Vid /Podcast Show, as well as a Lecturer in law at the Department of Accounting, Finance & Informatics at Kingston University London, Kingston Business School. She is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria. She has previously held positions as an ESRC-UKRI-funded postdoctoral fellow at the Business School, University of Brighton, and as a Law Lecturer at the University of the West Indies (UWI), St Augustine, Trinidad and Tobago. Additionally, she was a fellow of the American Bar Association (ABA), Dispute Resolution. Dr. Chinwe served as the Marketing Liaison for the ABA Dispute Resolution Ombuds Day for 2024-2025. She has also served as a judge for the British Podcast Awards for 2024-2025.
