Charlotte Matheson

Charlotte Matheson is an emerging filmmaker and artist, with a background in cinema events and awards. During her final year of studies at Cambridge University, she was the Festival Director of Watersprite Film Festival, the world's largest student film festival, hosting young filmmakers from Taiwan, to Canada to Bristol. While studying, she worked for the internationally-recognised Young Director Award in Paris as Project Manager, based between Paris and Cannes. In 2024 she is serving on the YDA jury. Now she works as a producer for the Girls On Film podcast, and Mark Kermode Live in 3D at the BFI. She also runs a weekly film club in central London and is currently writing her debut feature.
