Nicki Finnigan

I am the director of L&D at St James's Place Wealth management and over the last 5 years have led a team that have developed a bespoke app that offers blended learning to our employees and our advisors. We also have developed from scratch some immersive VR and AI roleplays, and we are always exploring the way learning evolves and the needs of our users, driving peer learning across our SJP community. I have a podcast called 'Every Day's a School Day' where I explore all aspects of Learning Technology with some great guests in the industry.
